(Exception: if your key is already activated, in which case you need to wait for the software update to complete.)

1.6. If you refuse the offered technical support, no refund is provided. Your decision to refuse support means that you take full responsibility for the further use and functioning of the product or service.

2. Software Usage:

2.1. Software purchased in our store is intended exclusively for personal use by the buyer. (1 key = 1 PC) Using your key on another PC is PROHIBITED!

2.2. If the software is incompatible with your operating system, no refund is provided. Compatibility information is indicated on the product page, and you are required to read it carefully.

3. Responsibility:

3.1. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from improper use of the software or violation of this user agreement.

3.2. The user is responsible for the safety and confidentiality of their credentials and should not transfer them to third parties.

3.3. The user undertakes not to attempt to modify, decompile or bypass the protective mechanisms of the software without prior consent of the company.

4. Support and Updates:

4.1. Compensation for software downtime in case of long updates will be carried out only at the discretion of the administration or software developer.
