1. General Provisions

• 1.1. By purchasing products on millex.xyz, you automatically agree to the terms of this agreement.
• 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on the Website.

2. Refund Policy

• 2.1. Refunds are possible only to the Website balance (not to payment systems).

• 2.2. Refunds are not provided if:

  • The software is blocked by the game or anti-cheat system;
  • The issue is caused by the user’s operating system or incorrect PC configuration;
  • The product is under update (including activated keys);
  • The user refuses technical support.

• 2.3. A technical refund (to the balance) is considered only in case of an error in our software. The final decision is made by the developer.

3. Software Usage Rules

• 3.1. 1 license = 1 computer. Transferring the license key to third parties is prohibited.
• 3.2. Operating system compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility (specified in the product description).

4. Liability of the Parties

• 4.1. The store is not responsible for:

  • Game account bans;
  • Damage caused by improper use of the software.

• 4.2. Users are prohibited from:

  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or hacking the software;
  • Publicly distributing license keys.

5. Updates and Support

• 5.1. Update timelines depend on the developer. Claims regarding update delays are not accepted.
• 5.2. Compensation for downtime (bonuses or license extensions) is granted at the discretion of the administration.

6. Dispute Resolution

• 6.1. Account Ban

  • We do not compensate for game bans, even if the software was used correctly. The buyer acknowledges and accepts all risks.

• 6.2. Feature Mismatch

  • If the software works but does not fully match the description (e.g., “some features are disabled due to a patch”), no refund is provided.

• 6.3. Anti-Cheat Circumvention

  • If a game anti-cheat system updates and the software temporarily stops working, this is not grounds for a refund (see clause 5.1).

• 6.4. Fraud

  • False claims of “non-functionality” without evidence will result in user blocking.

• 6.5. “Future Use” Purchases

  • Purchased but unused license keys are non-refundable, even if the product becomes outdated or discontinued.

• 6.6. Compatibility with Other Software

  • We do not guarantee correct operation when our software is used together with other cheats, mods, scripts, or macros. Compatibility issues are not grounds for a refund. The user must ensure a “clean” environment for proper operation.
